Rates are designed to fit your needs:  Monthly rates :  $900.00  Includes 160 hours access of the kitchen and equipment,  sales room and storage space for supplies & dry goods.   Part time rates: $500.00 Includes 80 hours access of the kitchen and equipment and sales room.   Storage space for supplies & dry goods $40.00 - $85.00 / month Hourly  : $25.00  ~4 hour min. Storage  $40.00 - $85.00 per month (if needed)   Access to sales room $25.00 per 4 hour session.   During working hours unless otherwise arranged  $500.00  *Refundable damage deposit required. (Businesses need to obtain a business license and health permit after becoming a member) * Sales room for non kitchen members  $25.0 per hour- 24 hour notice needed for large groups. * Member classes ~  $25.00 / 4 hour session. * Non member classes ~ $25.00 / hour ~    * Parties ~ $25.00 / hour ~   * Includes use of kitchen and sales room.
